| It's been forever since i wrote on here. sorry..
I'm installing new architecture software right now and thought i'd blog.
In studio we're working on designing a office /conference center/residence/retail building and its rather overwhelming.
In environmental technology we've been learning about fires and safety of people and its soooo traumatizing because so many buildings are not safe and the information is really sad and overwhelming and so many people have died. It makes me scared to design. To think that i could design a building that people die in because i did not design adequate exits? its really hitting me hard since i'm a senior and the real world is not a few years away.
anyway, i should get back to design, but im sort of scared. there's so much to consider with structure and safety that how good it looks is so far from my mind.
